I’m a big believer in taking a holistic approach to healing and health which is why I love to give Heartworks Lomi Lomi and relaxation massage.
Massage is a wonderfully nurturing experience where we can really regroup, realign and reconnect with who we are. By taking the time and space we need to recentre ourselves and release stress, relaxation massage helps to promote well-being within, assisting us to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy.
Lomi Lomi in particular, is such a gift to give, as much as it is to receive. Each stroke from the hands is filled with loving intention and a deep heart space connection. I’m so honoured to be able to offer healing through this beautiful Hawaiian traditional massage.
